Abilene- Ike, Brookville April 14 $89.00

We will start our day out with a trolley tour of Abilene to see the history and
highlights of this once rough and rowdy town. We will then go to Mr. K’s
Farmhouse for an included lunch. The stories the walls in this beautifully
restored house could tell! President Eisenhower once watched a World Series
game on TV in this very place. The Presidential library will be next, enjoying
the exhibits and grounds. At this time, there will be a special exhibit from the
Smithsonian on “The Working White House.” From the chefs, butlers,
nannies, to the personal aides we will see how they welcome world leaders to
everyday tasks. No trip to Abilene would be complete without a wonderful
included chicken dinner at Brookville.
